Visitors

If you wish to receive visitors during your stay, please inform the owners of CASA SANTOS in advance.

Pets

Pets are not allowed at CASA SANTOS.

Key management

Upon arrival, you will receive one key and a remote control for the gate.

Please ensure that the doors of your accommodation are properly locked.

At check‑out, the key and remote control must be returned.

In case of loss of a key, a fee of €30.00 will be charged.

In case of loss of the remote control, the fee is €70.00.

Bed linen and towels

Bed linen and towels are provided and can be changed upon request.

This service is included in the price unless otherwise agreed.

Parking

You may park your car free of charge in the covered parking spaces provided at CASA SANTOS.

Parking is only permitted for the duration of your stay.

Bicycles may also be stored free of charge in the designated area.

CASA SANTOS is not liable for theft or any form of damage to your car or bicycle.

Parking on the premises is entirely at your own risk.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.

Smoking is allowed on the terrace, subject to agreement, provided that other guests are not disturbed and safety is respected.

The terrace must remain free of cigarette butts.

Misuse of fire‑safety equipment or tampering with smoke detectors is strictly prohibited.

Alcohol and drugs

Alcohol abuse is not permitted. Enjoy responsibly.

It is forbidden to possess, use or sell drugs on the premises of CASA SANTOS.

Internet

CASA SANTOS provides a guest WIFI network.

Users must refrain from visiting illegal websites or websites that could harm the reputation of the establishment.

In case of suspected or confirmed misuse, CASA SANTOS reserves the right to block internet access, fully or partially, without prior notice.

Damage

CASA SANTOS is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of personal belongings during your stay.

Any damage caused to the accommodation or its furnishings must be reported immediately to the owners.

The owners are not liable for loss of personal items or personal injury of any kind.

Liability

CASA SANTOS accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss of or damage to guests’ property, regardless of the cause.

CASA SANTOS is also not liable in case of theft of belongings or money.
