- Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation. 

- Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay is due.

- Less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no‑show: 100% of the total stay is due.

- Early departure: the full amount of the reserved stay remains due.
